RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. SO ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MUlTI DREISHA reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and product selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send an email at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.

All packages will be shipped with USPS.
Shipping to the United States ONLY. I DO NOT ship internationally!!!
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use USPS to track shipping time.
Multi Dreisha is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped out.
Please make sure all of your account and order information is correct BEFORE you complete checkout. We are unable to accommodate address changes once a label has been created and tracking information has been sent to the customer. In the event a product you purchased was sent to the wrong address, please contact Multi Dreisha Here.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email, tracking number, and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to register and update into the courier’s system.

We do offer a single payment plans with 'Afterpay'. Customers can choose a payment plan option at checkout.
